Information we collect

When you enquire about our services, we collect information you provide through our website form, including your name, business email address, website URL, preferred service plan and optional message. We may collect subsequent correspondence, project briefs and information needed to manage a Pinterest account on your business’s behalf.

If you become a customer, our payment provider Stripe may process billing details, payment method information, transaction information, business name and tax identifiers. We generally receive transaction, subscription and billing status details, rather than complete card numbers.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on genuine business enquiries and review unused enquiries periodically. Contractual, financial and accounting records may be retained for several years to meet legal and tax obligations.
