BoardClicks, operated by Adrian Piekorz trading as BoardClicks, provides recurring monthly Pinterest management services to business clients. Core is US $749/month, Growth is US $949/month and Scale is US $1,199/month.
How to cancel
You may cancel a monthly subscription through the Stripe customer billing portal or email adrian@boardclicks.com from your account contact email. Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid the following month’s charge. We may reasonably verify email cancellation requests to prevent unauthorised changes.
When cancellation takes effect
Subscriptions ordinarily remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Stripe has been configured for cancellation at period end. We stop future recurring charges when cancellation takes effect, unless another written arrangement applies. Any fees already due remain payable.
Refunds
As monthly management time and creative capacity are reserved in advance, we do not ordinarily offer partial-month or pro-rata refunds once a paid billing period has started. This does not affect any remedies the client has under applicable law or any separate written agreement for services not supplied as agreed. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect or services were not delivered as agreed.
Plan changes
To change your pin volume or subscription package, contact adrian@boardclicks.com. Package changes are reviewed and agreed directly; the customer billing portal is not configured for self-service upgrades or downgrades.
