Who provides the services
BoardClicks is the trading name of Adrian Piekorz, a UK sole trader. Contact: adrian@boardclicks.com. Website: boardclicks.com.
Business correspondence address: 21 Sandbeck Avenue, Skegness, PE25 3PX, United Kingdom.
1. Business customers only
These terms are designed for business customers purchasing Pinterest management for their business purposes. We agree the chosen plan and any customised scope in writing before services begin.
2. Our service plans
Core: 125 fresh Pinterest pins per month at US $749/month.
Growth: 250 fresh Pinterest pins per month at US $949/month.
Scale: 400 fresh Pinterest pins per month at US $1,199/month.
Plans include Pinterest-focused content planning and SEO, pin creatives, scheduling and publishing, and a monthly performance review, as outlined in the agreed proposal. Any business account setup, merchant-verification support and other assistance are subject to the agreed scope and Pinterest’s own eligibility and platform decisions. Advertised pin quantities apply to each paid monthly service period. Any changes, exclusions or additional work must be agreed in writing.
3. Approval and onboarding
Submitting an enquiry does not place an order. A service engagement begins only after BoardClicks accepts the client, the parties agree the scope and start date in writing, and the first payment has been successfully made (unless different written terms are agreed). Clients must provide timely access, brand assets, approval contact details and product information reasonably required for delivery. Delays in approvals or access may affect scheduling.
4. Billing and renewals
Charges are in US dollars, payable in advance through Stripe and recurring monthly on the subscription’s billing date until cancelled. The customer authorises Stripe to charge the saved payment method in accordance with the checkout information. If payment fails, service delivery may be paused after reasonable notice until payment is received. BoardClicks is not currently VAT-registered; no UK VAT is charged or represented on these invoices. Tax treatment will be updated if obligations change, with advance customer notice when appropriate.
5. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled through the Stripe billing portal or by requesting cancellation at adrian@boardclicks.com before the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; no new recurring charge will be made after effective cancellation. Services continue to the paid period’s end, subject to the agreed service scope and any earlier termination rights. Fees for periods already started are generally not refunded on a pro-rata basis, except where required by law or where a different written agreement applies. See the separate Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Approvals and platform performance
The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of product claims, advertising information, pricing, links and materials supplied. BoardClicks may use client-provided creative assets and approved information solely to provide the agreed services. Pinterest policies, availability, organic distribution, merchant verification and account decisions are controlled by Pinterest. We do not guarantee follower growth, sales, traffic, ranking or a particular return on investment.
7. Ownership and third-party materials
Subject to full payment, the client may use the final pin creatives specifically produced and delivered for their business, excluding materials or tools that belong to third parties or were licensed under separate terms. BoardClicks retains ownership of pre-existing internal processes, templates and know-how. Client-provided brand assets remain the client’s property. A separate written agreement can specify additional licensing or ownership needs.
8. Confidentiality and data
Both parties will take reasonable steps to keep non-public business information confidential and will use account access solely for the agreed work. Each party must comply with applicable data-protection law in its role. Where BoardClicks processes personal information on the client’s behalf, a separate data processing agreement may be needed.
9. Changes, issues and responsibility
Material changes to the agreed scope or charges require advance written agreement. Both parties should report service issues promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve them. Any proposed limitation of liability and termination-for-breach clauses will be addressed in the client agreement; nothing here is intended to exclude any liability that law does not permit to be excluded.
10. Contact and governing law
For subscription or service questions email adrian@boardclicks.com. Unless a signed client agreement provides otherwise, these proposed terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory applicable law.
